Curd Dip

This is a dip which is a modification of the Tahini Dip. It uses the Tahini dip as a base and has the added strong flavour of garlic and parsley

Preparation Time : 15 minutes
Serving : 4

Ingredients

Tahini Dip
Curd / yoghurt - 1/2 cup
Garlic - 1 clove minced
Spring onions - only the onions finely chopped
Parsley / Coriander - 1 tbsp chopped finely

Procedure

1. Mix the yoghurt and garlic with the tahini dip and let it stand for 15 minutes
2. Add  the spring onions and parsley
