Coriander - 2 tbsp chopped finely (Optional)

Gingelly oil - 1 teaspoon
Mustard seeds - 1 teaspoon
Hing - 1/4 teaspoon
Procedure
Mustard seeds - 1 teaspoon

Procedure
1. Cook and cook the rice
2. Pour the oil in the pan and add the mustard seeds.
3. After the mustard seeds splutter, add hing , chopped ginger and green chilli and fry for a few seconds.
4. Finally add chopped curry leaves and fry for a few seconds.
5. Remove the pan from the flame.
6. Mix the cooked rice, milk and curd and mix thoroughly. Add the seasoning, salt to taste.
7. You could add chopped cucumber and coriander.
