Dry Galic/ Lahsun Chutney

This dry chutney is also called vada pav chutney. I have tasted the best vada pav in the Karjat railway station. They sell it on the platforms and yumm....... they are amazing. Served with the lahsun chutney and roasted green chillies its amazingly spicy and will leave you wanting more.



Preparation Time : 20 minutes
Cooking time : 10 minutes 
Servings : 1 small cup

Ingredients

Grated Copra - 1 cup
Garlic - 6 pods chopped
Chilli powder - 1 tsp
Salt - To taste

Procedure

1. Grind together all the ingredients
2. Freeze and use this chutney as required
