Curd – 2 cups
Water – ½ litre
Salt – to taste
Curry leaves
Lemon – to taste
Coriander
Procedure
1. Beat the curd and add water.
2. Continue to mix till frothy.
2. Add the remaining ingredients and serve chilled.
