Papaya Jam

Papaya jam is a very tasty jam and is very simple to make. This homemade jam is free of preservatives and stays in the refrigerator for 3 - 4 months if it will last that long. Very often we end with an over ripe papaya that is difficult to  peel and very squishy to handle. At such times, you could make a bottle of this jam and see it disappear.

Unlike other commercial jams it does not need to be softened or thawed after taking out of the refrigerator. It can be applied to your bread right away. Spread a spoonful on your chapati and roll it to enjoy a delicious roll.
