Ingredients
Raw Mango - 3 nos
Salt - 2 tsp
Mustard - 1 1/2 tsp
Chilli powder - 2 tsp
Asafoetida - 1 tsp
Fenugreek powder - 1/2 tsp
Sesame oil - 1 small ladle
Procedure
1. Cut the mango into small 1/4 inch cubes.
2. Add salt , chilli powder, asafoetida, and fenugreek powder.
3. Heat oil, let mustard seeds splutter. Add this to the mango. Shake it well and use instantly.
