Ingredients
Tamarind - a big lemon sized ball
Dates - 10-12
Jaggery - 1/4 cup
Water - 1 1/2 cup
Salt - 3/4th tsp
Chilli powder - 3/4 tsp
Cumin / Jeera Powder - 1tsp
Procedure
1. Pressure cook tamarind, dates and jaggery for 3 whistles with 1/2 cup water
2. Grind them to a pulp adding more water if required
3. Add salt, chilli powder and cumin powder and mix well
4. Freeze it and use as required
