Ingredients
Carrot - 1
Cauliflower - 1/4 flower
Bitter gourd - 1
Mango ginger - 1 big piece
Kurumilagu - 3 long sticks
Green chillies - 2
Salt - To taste
Chilli powder - 3 tsp
Mustard powder - 1 tsp
Fenugreek powder - 1 tsp
Asafoetida - 1/2 tsp
Lemon Juice - Of 3 lemons
Sesame oil - 1 ladle full
Mustard - 2 - 3 tsp
Vinegar - 1 tbsp (Optional)
Procedure
1. For each ladleful of cut vegetable, add the given quantity of salt, chilli powder,mustard powder, fenugreek powder and asafoetida. Add lemon juice and seasoning. Mix well. If needed add vinegar.
2. Vegetable Pickle is ready for use.
