This recipe
is amazingly tasty and retaining the crunchiness of the vegetables in a
highlight of this recipe. The true flavours of all the vegetables can be
thoroughy enjoyed

Serves : 2
Ingredients
Broccoli - 1 small
Mushroom - 3
Baby Corn - 5
Capsicum - 1/2
Onion - 1
Garlic - 3 cloves
Vinegar - 1/2 tbsp
Soy Sauce - 1 tbsp
Sugar - 2 1/2 tsp
Pepper Powder -To taste
Salt - To taste
Olive Oil - 1 tbsp
Procedure
1. Chop the mushrooms, onions and capsicum into cubes. Break the broccoli into bite size florets
2. Slit the baby corn lengthwise
3. Mince / chop the garlic
4. Blanch the broccoli in boiling water for 2 minutes
5. Heal the olive oil in a pan, add the garlic and saute for 2 minutes
6. Add the baby corn and saute for a minute on high flame
7. Add the onions, capsicums, mushrooms and blanched broccoli and cook on a high flame for 2 minutes
8. Add the soy sauce, vinegar, salt and pepper.
9. You could to add some broken cashews, blanched almonds to this dish for an added crunch and added healthy touch
