This highly colourful and super healthy rice with all the goodness of coriander is excellent on the taste buds. Go ahead and try this. Enjoy with papad / raita.

Serves : 2
Ingredients
Cooked Rice - 1 cups
Coriander
leaves - 1 bunch
Tamarind - 1/2 tbsp
Salt - to taste
Oil - 2 tbsp
Chana dal - 1
tbsp
Broken Urad dal - 1 tbsp
Green chilli -
3 or 4
Coconut grated - 4 tbsp
Procedure
1. Cook the rice separately and allow it to cool on a plate.
2. Heat the oil in a pan.
3. Add the broken urad dal, chana dal and fry.
4. Add slit green
chillies, grated coconut, tamarind and the coriander leaves.
5. Fry them and
grind in a mixie.
6. Add required quantity of the ground paste, salt to the rice and mix well.
7. Serve with papad / raita.
