Ingredients
Urad Dal - 5 tbsp
Chana Dal - 4 tbsp
Dry Red Chillies -10
Coriander Seeds - 3 tbsp
Oil - 2 tsp
Asafoetida - 1 tsp
Procedure
1. Roast all the ingredients in oil till they turn brown, add the red chillies and asafoetida at the end.
2. Cool and powder them in a mixie
You could use this powder in any vegetable / sundal
