Mushroom Ginger Chilly


Preparation Time : 30 minutes
Cooking Time : 20 minutes
Serves : 2
 
Ingredients

Button Mushrooms - 200 gms 
Onions - 2
Ginger - 1tsp. 
Capsicum - 1 
Green Chillies - 3
Soy Sauce - 2 tbsp
Cornflour - 3 tbsp
Oil - 2 tbsp
Pepper Powder - 1/2 tsp
Vinegar - 1/2 tbsp
Salt - to taste
Water - 1/2 cup

Procedure

1. Slice the button mushrooms, capsicum and onions
2. Chop the ginger , garlic and slit the green chillies
3. Heat oil in a pan, fry the chopped ginger
4. Add the onions, garlic, chillies and capsicum. 
5. Fry for 2 minutes.
6. Add the sliced mushroom pieces, salt, pepper, vinegar and soy sauce.
7. Add the water mixed with cornflour.
8. Cover and cook for a minute till the gravy thickens and the mushroom cooks
9. Serve hot as an appetizer or with fried rice.
