Pachidi

Preparation Time : 15 minutes
Cooking Time : 2 minutes
Serves : 2

Ingredients

Cucumber - 1
Curd  - 1 cup whipped
Asafoetida - 1/2 tsp
Mustard - 1/2 tsp
Oil - 1/2 tsp
Salt - To taste
Coriander - 1 tbsp finely chopped

Procedure

1. Peel and cut the cucumber into small cubes / grate them
2. Extract the water from the cucumber if you have grated them.
3. Add the cucumber to the curd
4. Heat the oil in a fry pan
5. Add the mustard when the oil is hot, when it splutters, add the asafoetida and pour on the curd.
6. Add the chopped coriander.
7. Add salt to taste and mix well.
