Pudina Rice is a very simple mixed rice variety. You can put it together in less than 20 minutes.

Ingredients
Cooked Rice - 1 cup
Pudina leaves - 2 cups
Tamarind - 1/2 tbsp
Salt - to taste
Oil - 2 tbsp
Chana dal - 1
tsp
Broken Urad dal - 1 tsp
Green chilli -
3 or 4
Coconut grated - 3 or 4 tbsp
Procedure
1. Cook the rice separately and allow it to cool on a plate.
2. Heat the oil in a pan.
3. Add the broken urad dal, chana dal and fry.
4. Add slit green
chillies, grated coconut, tamarind and the pudina leaves.
5. Fry them and
grind in a mixie.
6. Add the ground paste, salt to the rice and mix well.
