Ingredients
Urad Dal - 2 tbsp
Chana Dal - 2 tbsp
Coriander Seeds - 2 tbsp
Dried Red Chillies - 10
Copra - 3 tbsp
Cinnamon - 1 " piece
Cloves - 3
Elaichi - 2
Procedure
1. Heat a pan. Roast the first 5 ingredients till brown.
2. Switch off the flame, roast the cinnamon and cloves in the pan heat itself.
3. Grind all the roasted ingredients into a fine powder in the mixie with the elaichi.
4. Store in an airtight container
