Strawberry and Cream

Strawberry and cream was introduced to me by my father. He told me that was a favorite at Wimbledon. I started making it at home and this is one super quick dessert to make and looks so good.

Preparation Time : 10 minutes
Cooking Time : NIL
Serves : 2

Ingredients

Fresh Strawberries - 150 gms
Sugar - 10 tbsp
Fresh cream -1 small carton (about 150ml)

Procedure

1. Wash and chop the strawberries finely.
2. Put it in a medium bowl
3. Add the sugar and cream and mix well till sugar is dissolved and the mixture turns a nice pink colour.
4. Refrigerate till you serve.
5. Serve topped with fresh strawberry slices.
