Sweet Corn Tadka

All of us must have seen or tasted the sweet corn from the n number of stalls in India and in other places in their increasing number of versions and varieties. Here is another exciting variety

Preparation Time : 5 minutes
Cooking Time : 15 minutes
Serves : 2

Ingredients

Sweet Corn - 1 can / 2 cups fresh
Oil - 1 tsp
Mustard seeds - 1/2 tsp
Chilli powder - 1/2 tsp
Salt - to taste
Lemon Juice - 1/2 tbsp
Green Chilli - 1 tsp chopped finely
Coriander - 1 tbsp chopped finely
Sev - for garnishing

Procedure

1. Boil the sweet corn till soft. If you are using the canned ones skip this step
2. Heat oil in a pan, add the mustard, once it splutters, add the green chillies, sweet corn, salt, chilli powder and mix well.
3. Switch off flame, serve hot garnished with lemon juice, corainder and sev.
4. A delicious tea time snack is ready.
