Butterscotch Cream

Butterscotch cream is a dessert topping and is used for Mocha Bombe.

Preparation Time : 5 minutes
Cooking Time : 15 minutes

Ingredients

Cream - 1 cup
Sugar - 3/4th cup
Butter - 1/4 cup
Cashewnuts - 1/4 cup
Cocoa powder - 2 tbsp
Honey - 2 tbsp

Procedure

1. Chop cashewnuts into fine pieces
2. Melt butter in a pan, add cashewnuts and fry till golden in colour
3. Reduce heat, add cream, sugar, cocoa powder.
4. Mix well and simmer.
5. Remove from heat, add honey.
6. Stir and pour over Mocha Bombe.
